WARRANTY AND RETURNS
1.Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase
2. The Warranty becomes null and void if the product is-
- Fitted on a vehicle for which it is not catalogued or recommended or
- Fitted on a vehicle utilised for racing or competitive purpose or
- Used for any purpose for which it was not designed or
- Altered or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident or
- Incorrectly fitted
3. We will happily offer replacement items (not refunds) if:
- Item is damaged on arrival
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item
- The wrong item was sent to you
We must be notified within 7days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Select 4wd. Costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Select 4wd's warehouse and the client's delivery address.
7. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
8. Vehicles change rapidly. We accept no responsibility for parts which don't fit new or updated models. A lot of parts are described as fitting form a specific date onwards (e.g. 2015-ON). If you purchase a facelifted/updated model, please check compatibility with us first before ordering parts. Don't assume that parts from the previous model will fit. If you do, replacement costs may not be covered.
9. Always contact us on Ph.02 8763 7626 or contact us via email (email@example.com) with any issues or problems prior to returning the item/s. With your co-operation we will work hard to resolve any issues quickly.
