DESCRIPTION
GEARFORCE OPENING TUB PLATFORM
Provides a strong load area above your roller cover to load gear that would otherwise not fit inside the tub.
For added convenience, the platform opens on gas struts so you can still easily access the gear under your roller cover.
Roller shutters are built for convenience, not versatility. They limit the amount of gear you can take with you because you cant load anything on top and you lose a significant amount of space inside the tub from the canister at the front.
This means you are limited by how much gear you can take and will often have to resort to a trailer or second vehicle for those big jobs or serious adventures.
The GearForce Opening Tub Platform is a game changer as it doubles the storage capacity of your ute by giving you a strong platform above your roller cover that can take up to 200kgs of additional gear. For added convenience, the platform opens on gas struts so you can easily access the gear under your roller cover.
It is also super easy to remover if you need to with a quick release hinge and gas strut mechanism.
The platform comes with built-in T-Tracks and mount positions to accommodate standard roof rack accessories such as Bike Racks, Ski Racks, Tool Holders, Fishing Rod Holders, Recovery Track Mounts, Spare Wheel Holders, Aerial, Eye Bolts, High Lift Recovery Jack Mounts, or Conduit Carriers.

Strong Aluminium Construction
The GearForce Platform is made from hard-wearing aluminium with stainless steel hardware with a high load capacity so you don't have to worry about damaging your Roller Shutter underneath!
The platform boasts a dynamic load capacity of 200kgs and a static load capacity of 300kgs.
Whether you have a dirty wheelbarrow, ladder, pallet, kayak or mountain bike, the GearForce Platform will be the best thing you have ever added to your Wildtrak.
Securing Your Load
When carrying work or adventure gear you need the flexibility of multiple tie-down options.
Strapping loads down with a load binder is a breeze using the tie-down hooks which are available to purchase, these can be adjusted anywhere on the rack where there is a t-track or mounting hole present.
The T-track system allows you to add almost any roof rack accessory in multiple locations on the platform. Some examples are Bike Racks, Ski Racks, Tool Holders, Fishing Rod Holders, Recovery Tack Mounts, Spare Wheel Holders, Aerial, Eye Bolts, High Lift Recovery Jack Mounts, or Conduit Carriers.

Adjustable Gas Assisted Opening
If you are using the Platform how it is intended with a load on top sometimes you may need a hand with lifting it up.
The Utemaster GearForce Platform has three different mounting positions and depending on which mounting angle you use the amount of lifting force varies. On the easy position, the platform can comfortably be opened and closed without any load on top, on the maximum it can lift a load of up to 30kgs.
Easy Access To Your Tub
Fixed platforms are sometimes used on Wildtraks. However, these will generally restrict access to your tub because they don't open out of the way or are mounted on high legs which makes the loading height difficult.
The GearForce platform hinges open at the front giving you easy access to all your gear.
Load Stop
The GearForce Platform comes standard with a load stop at the front which you can push your load hard up against it without worrying about damaging your cab. This also gives you additional tie-down points to ensure that the most awkward loads are still safe.
Easily Removed
Due to the fact that a roller shutter has no load capacity, some ute owners choose to mount a platform over the top so that they can utilise the load area.
The tub platforms/racks are usually hard to remove which makes it difficult to transport a large object such as a motorbike.
The GearForce Platform is designed with a quick-release hinge and gas strut system which allows you to remove it in under a minute when required.
Locking System
The GearForces Platforms comes standard with a lock to secure it in place.
This ensures your GearForce Platform is safe on the tub at all times.
Adjustable Crossbars
With multiple holes running along the platform, you can adjust the cross bars to be further or closer together to suit your specific loads such as carrying gas bottles, jerry cans, and any other specific gear that might otherwise fall between the crossbars.
Single Handed Opening
The slam catch system of the platform is operated by a spring bolt on either side.
If you only have one hand spare you can lock out the spring bolts individually, meaning you can open the platform without putting down the gear that you're carrying.
Low Profile
The GearForce Platform has a low profile and sits low and close to the roller cover meaning that it looks stylish and also keeps the loading height down.
Additional Accessories
GearForce Tub Rack and Cantilever System:
The GearForce Tub Rack System allows you to mount a Utemaster Cantilever Roof Rack either as a stand alone setup or in conjunction with your GearForce Opening Platform.
It is mounted independently to the platform so that the platform can still open without interfering with the Tub Rack and Cantilever setup.
GearForce Tub Rack and Ladder Rack:
The GearForce Rear Ladder Rack is height adjustable so it can be aligned with crossbars on the cab of the ute.
This product can be used in conjunction with the GearForce Opening Platform or purchased individually. It has a dynamic load rating of 100kgs.
Utemaster Cargo Divider System:
The Utemaster Cargo Divider System allows you to divide your tub into sections, this keeps everything in place while travelling so you can show up organised and ready.
