This precision cut laser steel modification plate allows you to turn your Amarok tailgate into a locked compartment within your car. You can use the 36L of readily accessible space to store recovery gear, spare parts or anything else that will fit. The internal compartment measures 1200mm long, 300 wide and 100mm deep. Fully lockable and it comes with gas struts to keep the lid steady when open and a carpeted interior. Once installed this tailgate is easily as strong as the factory tailgate.

This kit requires access to an angle grinder, metal file, drill, basic hand tools and a little DIY knowledge. Some of the original tailgate must be removed in order to fit this storage compartment

If you have a HSP central locking kit you will need to cut about 5mm off the bottom edge of the bracket to allow fitment of the storage unit. If you have the ultimate Amarok with roll n lock tub please contact us as you will require a custom designed lid to suit
